- Our daily commute, as much as we sometimes resent it, takes up hours of our lives. Here in New York City, we encounter hundreds of unfamiliar faces on our way to work every day. Rather than shut them out, I document them for anyone who is inspired by interesting, fashionable people. I work in the garment district, teeming with creative types who devote their lives to making other people (and themselves) look good. Why not take advantage?
