If you've seen Chloe Sevigny's collection for Opening Ceremony, then you know what I'm talking about. The nineties explosion on the runway is here to stay, and while I often struggle with it, this lovely lady at NY fashion week made it totally justifiable.
AND she's wearing a suede dress...I can't get enough!
